During the month of February, Scouts participated in Scout Breakfast, Scout Sunday, and the USMC Campout. This month was tons of fun for everybody in the troop. First, Scout Breakfast and Scout Sunday. These events were both on the same day for the Scouts' ease. In the beginning, some Scouts arrived early in the morning to start making breakfast for the sponsors and alumni. The Scouts made a delicious breakfast, and everybody enjoyed it. After everybody enjoyed their meals, another group of Scouts arrived and cleaned up everything. When everything was clean, Scouts arranged for a color guard. Finally, the troop's Chaplain's Aide read a bible quote for the church, and the others did a great color guard.
The troop also participated in the USMC Campout. This campout was action-packed, and the Scouts had a great time. First, Scouts drove from AUMC to the Marine Corps Museum in Quantico. When Scouts got there, they watched a movie explaining what the Marine Corps does for training and their behind-the-scenes work. When the movie finished, the Scouts went on a tour around the whole museum. Scouts learned many things from this tour. When the tour finished, Scouts stopped quickly to have lunch, and finally, they went to a laser range and tested their shooting accuracy.
